OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
In this role, you'll need to read potential candidates for an excellent cultural fit and engage candidates to work for our client. Strong communication skills are a core of success in this role since you'll often act as the point of communication between recruiters, hiring managers and candidates. You will also need to come up with creative strategies to find, attract and hire top candidates. You should be comfortable working alongside hiring managers and candidates, ensuring that expectations are exceeded and striving for the best recruitment experience. As a Sourcer, you are responsible for front cycle recruiting and staffing needs for all the roles.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management (or equivalent) or related field desired.
JOB EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
1 - 2 years of experience in recruiting to include sourcing candidates, interviewing and negotiating job offers.
LANGUAGE/COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written & verbal):
Must possess the ability to read analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals. Ability to present information effectively and respond to inquiries form groups of managers, clients, and the general public.
English language necessary.
