SUMMARY:
Fulfillment Operations Responsible: Support branch operations by processing applicants, assisting clients and implementing office procedures and systems. Contribute to the professionalism of the company by providing quality service. Additional functions for Operations Associate include recruiting activities and for Compliance Associate includes credentialing and compliance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
The percentage of time performing the essential duties may fluctuate under special circumstances.
- Actively participate in an interactive, supportive and developmental team environment by working remotely and/or from a designated Company location as required, in accordance with company Policy. The number of days per week in each environment may vary based on the needs of the company, the division, branch, and/or personal performance needs.
- Greet visitors when the team is on-premise
- Receive all incoming telephone calls and route calls promptly
- Monitor and process job ad responses and applicants
- Prescreen applicants for registration with the company by administering and grading evaluations and recording evaluation scores
- Conduct prescreening interviews and scheduling team interviews
- Enter applicant information into the Office Automation system
- Maintain all records in accordance with the Quality Manual and ISO
- Provide ongoing information and customer support to temporary associates
- Administrative office duties such as coordinating team meetings, running reports, auditing staff completion of assigned tasks
- Process weekly temp payroll by the processing deadline

- 36 WPM, working knowledge of computer software and performing basic tasks such as internet searches and creating documents
