POSITION SUMMARY:
Contribute to the professional standing and profitability of the company by providing effective fulfillment leadership, supplying customers with outstanding service and results, as well as meeting the performance standards of this role. These are achieved by consistently recruiting, pro-actively promoting, and job-matching qualified candidates to relevant clients. Additionally, this role includes expanding our candidate base through ongoing networking and satisfaction checks. Associates participate as productive employees in a collaborative environment. Participation includes complying with all company policies, sales strategies, revenue projections, systems mastery, and maintaining teamwork, reliability, professionalism, and work quality. Acts as the primary liaison between leadership, fulfillment staff and operations team to ensure fulfillment delivery standards, and uphold compliance, ultimately contributing to branch profitability and long-term client retention.

SUPERVISION EXERCISED:
Fulfillment Leads will share their job-related knowledge, direction and resources with fulfillment staff to support candidate onboarding and overall placement success.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
The percentage of time performing the essential duties may fluctuate under special circumstances.

  • Fulfillment Leadership (40%)
    • Lead daily recruiter and global resource huddles to align priorities, job orders, and pipeline health.
    • Monitor and support job order delegation, ensuring balanced workloads and optimal fulfillment performance.
    • Serve as the first point of support for fulfillment-related questions, challenges, and escalations.
    • Partner with the Assistant Branch Manager or Branch Manager to align recruiting strategy with client expectations, supply level needs, and branch goals.
    • Oversee job prioritization, placement execution, timesheet approvals, and payroll accuracy.
    • Track and analyze KPIs (fill rates, speed to fill, retention rates) and implement performance improvements.
    • Maintain ATS/CRM data integrity and ensure compliance with system usage standards.
    • Ensure talent pipelines are aligned with client forecasts, skill needs, and industry trends.
    • Champion candidate engagement and retention strategies, including referral programs and feedback loops.
    • Proactively address client or candidate issues to maintain trust and service quality.
  • Individual Contributions (60%)
    • Consistently meet and exceed all performance standards set forth monthly and year to date. (ongoing)
    • Actively participate in an interactive, supportive and developmental team environment by working remotely and/or from a designated Company location as required, in accordance with company Policy. The number of days per week in each environment may vary based on the needs of the company, the division, branch, and/or personal performance needs. (ongoing)
    • Actively service clients and candidates as required to secure temporary and direct hire placements, ensuring regular post placement follow up with temporary associates occur, all which is required for commission eligibility. (ongoing)
    • Maintain accurate attendance records. (<.1%)
    • Review individual performance with leadership weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually. (5%)
    • Complete assigned ongoing training and development. (<.2%)
    • Prioritize and plan daily, weekly, monthly activity blocks to meet Key Performance Indicators and Performance Standards. (5%)
    • Consistently perform client fulfillment actions to maintain and grow customer relationships (20%), including but not limited to:
      • Accurately match pre-qualified candidates to job orders and write attractive and accurate profiles of submitted candidates.
      • Immediately consider, recommend, and submit all qualified candidates to job orders
      • Coach candidates in their job search and provide clear instructions.
      • Complete weekly and monthly candidate retention and one-on-one meetings using our QC tools.
      • Respond timely to customer outreach, requests, ideas, suggestions and grievances.
    • Consistently maintain a pipeline of qualified and interested candidates for pro-active promotion and placement with relevant clients (30%), including but not limited to:
      • Recruit candidates through job ad writing, social networking, databases, and community outreach
      • Interview, provide job-search advice, and follow-up weekly
      • Job match and recommend candidates to job orders and teammates regionally
      • Complete reference checks and other client-specified screenings
    • Comply with company policies, Quality Manual, Documentation Standards, and system procedures in the company-provided systems. (ongoing)

PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

  • Three years or more of similar fulfillment experience or completion of an in-house training program.
  • No more than two jobs (2 companies) in the recent two years.
  • Paid in a prior position on a commission or bonus plan, based on performance or goals.

  • Current proficiency in navigating, documenting, and utilizing similar processing systems for Applicant Tracking, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.

Eligible employees can enroll with an effective date the first of the month following 60 days of employment. Paid time off accrues immediately at 2 hours per semi-monthly pay period for full time employees, and a prorated amount for part time employees based on the percentage of a 40 hour work week worked. Accrual increases with tenure at certain anniversary dates. The Company offers 11 paid holidays.
