SUMMARY:

Lead and support all aspects of key national account contract compliance and quality of relationship delivery, as a means to enable recruiting and business development staff to focus on account growth. Oversee and expedite requisition fulfillment via timely submission fulfillment, data accuracy, and retention services. Identify best practices for success per client location, successfully engage internal partners to participate in recruiting, and reveal additional hiring manager/location servicing opportunities. Ensure visibility to key performance indicators and compliance through regular tracking, auditing, and reporting. Under supervision for key business tasks: customer pricing, job offers, ending assignments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:

  • Oversee and maintain a solid working knowledge of all client accounts assigned.
  • Lead by assuming primary responsibility for order fulfillment for all assigned accounts within designated region.
  • Serve as the consulting liaison with client representatives, field personnel and corporate partners for performance related issues to ensure contractual compliance for all locations’ account
  • Manage all activities related to the operations and maintenance of client accounts assigned, such as onboarding compliance and payroll.
  • Ensure data integrity relating to all systems and databases impacted by each assigned account.
  • Actively participate in developing strategies and organizational support for process improvements; including but not limited to the establishing of priorities, objectives, metrics, policies and procedures.
  • Oversee performance and evaluate work to ensure compliance and consistency with project objectives.
  • Identify problems and recommend solutions to all parties; i.e. clients, field personnel and corporate partners.
  • Employ a strategic sales process to drive revenue within each client account, personally making contact with hiring managers to solicit company business. Will work in partnership with management to identify and penetrate all business opportunities within each client account.
  • Consult with client to define and fill job requisitions.
  • Coordinate/manage the requisition of associates.
  • Partner in conjunction with Designated Account Managers to recruit, interview and hire personnel assigned to client.
  • Provide final approval on candidates to present to client.
  • Provide orientation to new associates outlining client’s requirements.
  • Professionally advise with a complete understanding of all aspects of client departments’ requirements.
  • Mentor and ensure ongoing training and development of all team members.
  • Develop and maintain a sales cycle to maintain and increase existing client business.
  • Provide leadership, direction and counseling to all personnel working for client.
  • Respond to requests ideas, suggestions and grievances; exercise independent judgement by providing professional consultation in response.
  • Manage partnered vendor relationships, including but not limited to, weekly billing, termination of assignments, screening of candidates, problem resolution.
  • Process payroll for company temporary associates working at assigned clients.
  • Coordinate associate recognition program and/or regular incentives.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruiting and order fulfillment activity.
  • Travel to various locations throughout the U.S. to assist with hiring, training and relationship development.
  • Assist in the creation of brochures, newsletters and associate reminders
  • Maintain regional/corporate minimum standards Co-host monthly Associate Appreciation Lunches for client if and when appropriate
  • Maintain and facilitate all processes of the vendor management system (VMS) tool if utilized by the client, including but not limited to, creating assignments within the system, creating timesheets in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy of timesheets and ensuring approval of timesheets before processing.
  • Maintain clean billing and collection for each assigned account
  • Additional duties as required.

PREFERRED PRIOR EXPERIENCE:

  • Two years related staffing, VMS, or national account servicing experience.
  • 2+ years customer service experience.
  • One year or more of similar customer development experience or completion of an in-house training
  • No more than one job (1 company) in the recent 12 months.
  • Paid in a prior position on a commission or bonus plan, based on performance or goals.
  • Take all required meal and rest breaks as defined by local and state law, as applicable.

  • Current proficiency in navigating, documenting, and utilizing similar processing systems for Applicant Tracking, Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
